Pasta doesn't have to be fattening nor filling. There are varieties and ways to enjoy pasta that one needn't fret too much about weight. Take soba for example; it is light & easy to digest. Whole wheat pasta is a perfect match with meat based sauces as it has a nutty wholesome flavour. Tip! I don't recommend creamy tortellini if you are a calorie counter.
