Please make it clear to me if you or someone else is allergic to shellfish or seafood or any other food-borne allergen so there is no cross-contamination between dishes. In this case, meals will be made separately using different utensils, cookware, and hand-towels. Some seafood dishes (with veg & salad) take less time to create than others; allow 2- 3 hours for soak, clean, prep, serve & cook. Estimated clean-up time afterwards, 1 hour. (Note: certain seafood is seasonal or difficult to find at times. I do my best to locate what you want.
